Description

The XC Halfmoons are perfect semi-spheres designed for training your power, compression. Their symmetry obliges you to squeeze, which means you work efficiently on your open-hand grip and pinch strength.

The XC Halfmoons can be attached with a normal 10mm bolt so they are also useful as standalone holds on a climbing wall, your home panel or campus board.
